If you’re having trouble using Streetmix, running Streetmix, or have a bug to report, you can do so here. We prefer bug reports go in our GitHub issues tracker, but if you don’t have a GitHub account, you can do so here.

When submitting a support request or bug report, please include the following:

  • Your operating system (e.g. Mac OSX Mojave 10.14.2)
  • Your browser software and version (e.g. Mozilla Firefox 64.0)
  • Are you running Streetmix from the main site (https://streetmix.net/) or from a custom deployment?
  • What did you expect to see, and what actually happened?
  • What steps would someone else need to take to see the same problem?

The more information you can give, the better assistance we can provide.

We encourage the community to help each other out. If you know something, say something!
